WHO WE ARE

Central Nebraska Juvenile Diversion serves the youth of these counties by providing a positive alternative to the formal justice system. It strives to teach youth how to make responsible decisions so they can become trustworthy, respectable, and responsible citizens.
Attendance Matters serves the youth and families in these counties by assisting the school districts Merrick, Nance, Polk, and Hamilton counties in resolving attendance issues and ensuring student success. This program strives to uncover issues that may be hindering students on their educational journey.
Together we will work to remedy these issues so each student may have the best possible chance of achieving academic success.
In addition, we are well equipped to provide educational assistance as well as assistance locating many different resources (mental health providers, childcare providers, behavioral health specialists, etc.) close to the counties we serve.
