JORDANNE MCNEFF
Program Director/Diversion Coordinator
Jordanne has been with the office for 4Â years. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. She is also certified in motivational interviewing, administration of evidence based assessments, and drug testing.
Jordanne is skilled in working with youth who have come in contact with the justice system and is passionate about helping youth be successful.Â
Jordanne started the Attendance Matters program from the ground up and continues to supervise that program.
KENDRA LUTZ
Assistant Program Director/Attendance Matters Coordinator
Kendra has been with the office for 3Â years. She earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Social work. She has furthered her education with certifications and trainings during her employment.Â
She brings with her a unique set of skills that make her well prepared for helping youth and their families be successful and reach their full potential on their educational journey.
DALE SHOTKOSKI
Merrick County Attorney/Lead Attorney for Central Nebraska Youth Services
Dale serves as the Lead Attorney for the office.
ROD WETOVICK
Nance County Attorney
Rod works in conjunction with the office staff to provide referrals for juveniles in Nance county.

Hamilton County Deputy Attorney
Ross works in conjunction with the office staff to provide referrals for juveniles in Hamilton county.
